Main Composition: Anthocyanins (Cyanidin-3-glucoside), its structural formula is:     

Properties: This pigment is dark purplish-red powder, it is easy to be dissolved in ethanol-water solution. It shows pink in acid solutions, purplish-red in neutral solutions and blue-black in alkaline solutions.

The natural food color is both relatively stable to light and heat in acid solution.

Usage: According to Hygienic Standard of China GB-2760-1996.this pigment may be used in drinks, wines and food such as cakes. It can be also used in cosmetics.

Packing: 1kg/barrel (polyethylene)or depending on customers requirement.
