Sorghum Pigment is red-brown edible natural colouring, extracted from Sorghum shell with physical method.

6. Scope of Usage: According to Hygienic Standard of China GB-2760-86, this pigment mainly for meat, fish processing, sugar refreshment, cosmetics and food products.
